The "Faïenceries de Thulin" opened in 1923 as successor of the Ducobu Faïenceries, founded in 1887 in the Village of Thulin. Thulin became an important producer and exporter of elegant decorative ceramics, generally well-known for the "Color Drip Glaze" technique.
